Many people are noted to suffer with the diabetes caused due to such habit of eating. You must control the diet in order to stay away from the diabetes. Diabetes has been previously linked to the cardiovascular disorders. Diabetes is linked to the excessive weight, majority of the patients of the diabetes are noted to be suffering with the excessive weight gain. The sugar levels in the body are the root cause behind the deposition of the fats and carbohydrates in the body that promptly leads to the excessive weight gain. Some studies showed that excessive weight gain is the symptom of the diabetes. So, certainly there was a link between the excessive weight gain and diabetes. Diabetes is the viscous circle disease because it is being linked to the various other diseases also.

During the research study it was noted that diabetes is being linked to the excessive weight gain. The 70% of the people who were suffering with the diabetes were noted to facing the problem of the excessive fat gain. This study proved the link between the diabetes and obesity. But, still there are confusions regarding whether diabetes causes excessive weight gain or vice versa is true.Basically diabetes is caused due to the malfunctioning of the pancreas that fails to produce the necessary amount of the insulin to digest the sugar content in the body. As a result, the sugar contents starts entering the blood stream and the person suffers with the diabetes. It is very sad to know but about 20% of the deaths worldwide occur due to the diabetes.Diabetes deteriorates the health of the person lot from inside, it is like the insect that destroys the functioning of the body one by one. Diabetes makes the person proportional to lot other health complications. Blood pressure is another disease that is being linked to the diabetes.

Excessive weight gain on the other hand is also being linked to the unending cycle of disease. If you suffer with excessive weight gain then in 80% cases you are going to suffer with diabetes and same is in the vice versa case. Excessive weight gain further leads to the obesity if you don’t treat it before the situation gets out of control. Excessive weight gain also has the same outcomes that are found to be of the diabetes. Excessive weight gain also damages the cardiovascular health of the person. For excessive weight gain you must control the diet and follow the strict diet regime, whereas for the diabetes you must include limit the foods that are rich in the sugars. To control these two diseases you must take the help of the doctor because he would be able to guide you best in sorting out from these problems.


So be fit and always take  a calculated balanced diet and prevent Obesity as well as diabetes.
