Broken

 

We are, so many of us, broken.

Broken in body, broken in spirit, broken in heart.

Some slightly, some shattered.

And we live our brokerages.

We live it in our inner worlds, in our relationships, in so much of our lives.

We know it, we know it in others, know they know it in us.

It keeps so much of our world functioning, keeps so many systems in existence, running, thriving.

 

Something inside of us yearns to heal this.

We look out at the world.

We see what passes for healing.

 

And maybe, if we can see past the veil, past the illusion, we see that we cannot go outside to heal.

Nobody can heal you, nobody can change you.

We can be but a mirror reflecting you.

We can be but a guide, having walked a path, not your path, but maybe similar enough to share some of the signs we’ve seen.

We can help shift energy.

We can help undo the mask.

We can enlarge your vision.

But you have to see, you have to feel, you have to release, you have to speak the words.

 

All healing is connected to spirit, your spirit, your soul. And to Spirit, Soul, God, Goddess, whatever that is for you.

For healing does not come from the mind.

The mind is happy for you to be stumble about in the unhappiness that we live in.

Your mind is happy for you to be a prisoner to the babble of voices, within and without, that keep you malleable, usable, liable.

 

Healing comes from the heart.

Healing comes from experiencing something that is love, often expressed in other words.

Healing is indefinable.

But it happens.

We know it, we feel it, we see the impact of it, we see the effect of it.

 

Healing is challenging.

Because you do it, you have to.

And then you have to live it.

 

Healing frees you.

Because you do it.

You look at your life, what you believe, what you live, how you live, how you love.

 

Each step, no matter how small, brings the shattered pieces of your self closer.

It mends them, reconfigured them, rearranged them.

It’s not a new self that emerges.

It’s the self that was there once.

The self that came to this life for reasons we can never really fathom.

The self that lost its connection.

 

For all the words that go under the banner of healing, they’re all about reconnecting.

Reconnecting with a knowing.

 

And you do this, you’re the only one who can.

We healers, for what else can we call ourselves, we’re just guides, wayfaring you spend some time with on the journey.

 

If we’re truthful all that we’re doing is helping you see what was already there.

You do the healing.

You free yourself as the brokerages that you were moves towards wellness.

You see the difference, deep in the silence within.

 

And the knowing, when we really feel it, the knowing is love.

“There are certain experiences that go beyond bodywork into different states of consciousness. 

This is one such experience.

After Jonti and I had done some Internet research on the “newest” thing in bodywork research (The A Spot) we had come up with some different ideas on how to expand these techniques into Tantra Evolutions bodywork.

We looked at both the work of doctors and Tantric Practitioners. Then we spoke about researching this “A Spot” for ourselves.

As much as I’d like to experiment on myself, it just isn’t possible to relax enough into the experience to fully receive, so we began with some massage on other women to see what effect/impact it could have. 

Then it was time for me to have this massage experience.

Jonti has known about cervical circling and deep uterine orgasm for many years, much of this knowledge gained through his own work, so in many ways, much of this so called “new” work is just evolving what he already knows, so I went into this experience completely relaxed.

Because I have done much genital bodywork, it doesn’t take long for me to find the relaxation, the slowly building pleasure sensations, and for the first portion of the massage I’m quite guilty of thinking this is just another pleasure experience!

So much pleasure work is dismissed this way, without seeing the bigger picture of what pleasure energy shifts and changes in the body.

And, like most people, I enjoy pleasure!

But it doesn’t move me towards orgasm. There are suggestions in my body, heat on my chest, pleasure ripples starting, but then I feel the shift starting.

 This is what I can only describe as “going sideways”. It’s what I have experienced on my own when applying Expanded Orgasm

Techniques and have also felt a couple of times whilst making love.

This is the place beyond starburst pleasure, or quick very sexual orgasm.

 It’s deeper.

 There are places you go to that are beyond the body, they start opening your consciousness.

I’ve been here before, so I can breathe deeply, stop analyzing and start being really, really present. 

Once or twice we start moving towards orgasm, and then we move “under” the orgasm.

This is not about being on the sea, floating, feeling the waves of pleasure, but under the sea. 

Here I can feel the undertow, the pull of the waves origin, the currents.

Here, everything has changed, perception has shifted, time expands, slows, loses meaning as a linear experience.

This is so deep I start feeling like I’m birthing, opening inside, blossoming, as if my yoni is giving birth to itself.

Then a sudden and brief stab of pain.

I have had a large fibroid for a while now, and it feels like Jonti has it in his hand. I know on some level that can’t be true, the pain is fleeting, becomes a throbbing that merges and swirls back into blossoming, opening. 

I feel like forever on the inside. This is so much deeper than pleasure, this is like merging, very similar to sensations experienced in Tantric  love making, yet Jonti is doing all of this with his hand.

I dive, deeper.

My body has never felt so physically opened, yet the birthing is awareness, consciousness, a place of understanding that goes beyond words. I feel his energy swirling into me, I recognize it, and my soul opens to meet it.

When I am in this expanded energy space, most thought is impossible, and I have released the longing for orgasm much earlier in the massage, the straining and contractive state of searching for it.

So, it takes me completely by surprise. 

I BIRTH an orgasm.

That’s the only way I can describe it. I have had deep uterine orgasms before, this is so strong, so deep, it seems to come from my solar plexus not my yoni.

 

This is how the universe is created.

This is a black hole that births a universe, not a starburst.

 

I feel that the word orgasm actually does not describe this. There is a shift in perception, as well as an actual body shift/release here.

I have no idea of how long this lasts in real time.

Slowly, my energy is shifted and brought down. There are a couple of “normal” orgasms as my body disperses the energy and travels back to linear time, I travel through them, energetically, feeling on one level I’ve never been so present in my body, and on another that I’m returning to my body.

I spend the rest of the day, and for days afterwards calm. This may not sound hugely exciting to most, but for the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on as I’ve woken spiritually and sexually on my journey, this is bliss. 

 

Insights and revelations unfurl throughout the day and into the days to follow. I know this of conscious body experiences, most bodywork opens awareness and insight, yet this is so delicious and calm. 

My lower back which has given me grief for months is absolutely pain free for the rest of the day.

 

I believe there are two levels to this particular massage experience.

 

Firstly, there’s the relaxation and incredible pleasure. Most conscious bodywork does that. But secondly, and this is imperative to my journey,  there’s a spirituality/consciousness/soul revealing aligned with certain body experiences that has been hidden from most of us for so long. Much of this, I believe, is the way our society and cultural structure imposes on us to make us easier to control. This often makes us fearful and guilt ridden when anything includes our sexual energy.

 

It’s ridiculous that we know so little about the experiences and connections and insights that our sexual energy can give us. 

 

That we know so little of the techniques that can take us there. 

That most of the industries that make millions of dollars from selling the sex act teach us nothing about what pleasure and love our bodies can really experience, the emphasis is on appearance and performance, not conscious touch and true pleasure techniques.

 

Perhaps now that doctors and scientists are coming on board, more people can finally allow themselves to experience all of the pleasure, insight, beauty, conscious touch and the energy of love that we, as spiritual beings having a physical experience are capable of.

We can have beautiful massage and energy experiences that can take us into those expanded states, safely and with our boundaries intact. 

 

For so long we could not honour our bodies, we would inhibit.

Now, it’s time to realize what these beautiful bodies can experience, it’s time for love to inhabit.”

A Sound Journey with Paul Boynter

Paul has been in the music industry for 14 years as a percussionist and group facilitator. He has brought his understanding of this dynamic into his understanding of vibration and its powers on the human body and mind. He will intuitively create a space of harmony with the various instruments he plays; these include many traditional and ethnic instruments.

 

To explain a sound journey in a linear way just does not do it justice. One needs to experience the various vibrations for ones self. The various instruments played in the journey helps the listener to enter into a dream like state that is calming and soothing to the soul. Each session is completely unique and each group is given a chance to experience there own sound by using there own voice to create synergy within the group along with breathing techniques to help balance neurological and systemic functions.
