Desire
Fear not your desire.
For it has keys to your purpose, to your journey, to your healing, to your growth, to your transcendence.
And to your freedom.
Most of us fear the desires we have.
They come to mind, make themselves known.
We feel them in our body.
We feel them deep.
And we feel them strong.
We feel their fire.
And it consumes us.
It has power, beyond reason.
We don’t understand this desire.
We don’t know its source.
But it draws us.
We know that, we feel it.
And it scares us, terrifies us.
We have very few, if any, place to express the desire.
These places are not only physical, they’re also emotional.
For to even share the words of these takes us to places of absolute vulnerability, of revealing ourselves.
We open to judgement, we open to ridicule.
For the desires go the darkest places within us.
And as we suppress them, we suppress our deepest selves.
We suppress some of the most important keys to our growth and purpose.
For what we suppress owns us, controls us.
And beyond the desires, the reasons for keeping the desires hidden, is fear.
So our pleasure becomes fearful.
Guilt, shame, embarrassment, inhibition, they are all offshoots of fear.
If we’re willing to go there, to go into ourselves.
Simply to acknowledge ourselves, to look into our own beings, into the mirror.
Firstly, we take the light with us.
And where the light is, there cannot be darkness.
Then we begin to receive the keys to an inner world with a depth of information, knowledge and truth of who we are.
Who we are in truth.
And we begin to see where our power may lie.
And as we journey into these mists, we free ourselves from the shame, from the guilt, the embarrassment, from the inhibitions.
From the fear.
The fear of life.
The fear of celebration.
The fear of courage.
And the fear of pleasure.
Not only sexual, sensual pleasure.
But the pleasure of life, of LIFE, of LOVE.
This doesn’t mean that all desires are expressed.
For in our inner worlds, extreme may be the norm.
However, acknowledging them, naming them, coming to know them, giving voice to them.
And giving life to some of them.
In safety, in a space that allows us to go into that world to claim ourselves, reclaim ourselves, know ourselves.
Fear not your desire.
Fear not your pleasure.
Fear not your freedom.

We can use it for healing, for meditation, for manifestation, for creativity and more. We go through the processes that show you how to build, access and move energy in different ways in your body.These include movement, breath and sound.
We’re working with sexual energy, you do not have to be naked, the workshop is for singles and couples.
The workshop is complete, and we’re adding an extension to the workshop that’s a practical experience of the energy.
